James Yang

James Yang, Chi-Mei Optoelectronics' General Manager of the IT Product Business Division majored in Physics & Chemistry, specializing in catalysis materials. He obtained his master degree in Chemical Engineering at the National Central University in 1992. As Project Manager, James developed CMO's entry of its Liquid Crystal Display (TFT LCD) products into the Information Technology market, which led to his promotion to Director of the IT Product line of the Business Division. Recently, under James' leadership, the panel business team for Information Technology and Medical & Special Applications successfully reached CMO's target to become one of the top suppliers in the world and to play an important role in the TFT-LCD industry.
