Denis Chen, Director of Chi-Mei Optoelectronics' Finance and Accounting Division received a bachelor's degree in accounting from National Taiwan University in 1988. He also obtained the CPA license from Taiwan, R.O.C. He has been responsible for finance and accounting for Chi Mei Group for more than ten years.
