Graduated from the Department of Physic of the Moscow State University Vadim Asadov founded Neurok Optics LLC as part of Neurok, a high tech incubator. After 13 years in business

Vadim added business management and financial expertise to his scientific background. As entrepreneur he participated in projects such as:

  • Neurok Software - Data Mining, Knowledge Management and Data Modeling
  • Neurok Chemical - chlorine waste processing
  • Neurok Gas - catalyst development for natural gas purification
  • Advanced Micro Antennas - new antennas for cell phones
  • Many others

At Neurok LLC Vadim was responsible for developing strategy, fund raising and project management as well as project estimation. As CTO and Founder of Neurok Optics LLC Vadim defined R&D strategy and maintain connection between the US offices and the R&D group in Russia.

Prior to the Neurok Group, Vadim Asadov worked as CFO of the Transneft Purchasing Centre, which is part of JCS "Transneft" - the world's biggest oil pumping monopoly. At the start of his career Vadim was CEO of Trust House "C.A.&Co" - Russia's biggest company for asset management.

Vadim is the founder and current sponsor of the Regional Scientific Educational Centre "Logos" - a physics and mathematics school for talented children. He recently opened the first private Physics Institute in Russia for research in Gravity, Time and Quantum Theory. Vadim is a member of Club 2015 in Russia.
